Here is list of many book manufacturers that you can find on the web and obtain quotes from. Some of the companies listed are companies I liked and some I did not like at all, but I have included all of the places I have on file, so you can get your own quotes and make your own decisions. The only order they are in is alphabetical.
Thomson-Shore, Inc. is the company I used. After researching all of the below companies, I found them to be the best for my needs. They were nice and helpful to work with, their prices are lower or comparable to other places, and they are very professional and seem to have a good reputation.
